二、从属连词的用法

1.引导时间状语从句的从属连词，表示“当什么时候”或者“每当”的时间连词时，主要标志词有：when，as，while等；表示“在什么之前”或“在什么之后”的时间连此时，主要标志词有：before，after等；表示“自从”或者“直到”的时间连词，主要的标志词有：since，till等。

2.引导条件状语从句的从属连词，主要的标志词为if，unless，in case等等，在条件状语从句中通常要用一般，现在时表示将来意义，而不能直接使用将来时态。

3.引导结果状语从句的从属连词，主要的标志词有：so that，so…that，such…that等等，例句为：I want to the lecture early so that I got a good seat.意思是：我很早就去听了讲座，因此占了一个好的位置。
